I like it a lot, rushing philo on some casters is my kinda style, everything else seems to be in order. The guide could be a touch more detailed, and more pictures, but other than that, looks pretty good.

If you focus on farming / harassing your lane opponent only early game the mana regen from philo / catalyst lvl-up is enough. You are right about stacking rift walks tho, you cant do it in same extent as if you would go archangels, but i find i dont usually need to go more than max 3 stacks on riftwalk. And since team will prolly give you the Blue buffs you dont really have much mana problems mid-late game. I know cuz i have used this build quite a lot ;P

This just seems to be a pretty straight forward caster guide in general, the only problem is that even early game, this build will just have massive mana problems, and you will never be able to get those stacked rift walks because you dont have the mana capacity. It could work, but it just seems your giving up too much longevity in extended battles.
