Please tell me I'm not the only one that gets really frustrated when I see a 3/2 vote on a shit match and it continues on because 2 people are mentally challenged. And I'm pretty sure this topic may have been done a million times, I just don't care. I keep getting matches like this. I figure those situations it is fine to decline a surrender. If that team was winning ALL game long and was unable to seal the deal at the 30-40 minute mark and the game extends to 60...they diserve to lose. Riot wants fast games, teams who don't capitalize on opprutunities slow the game down as much as some mechanics might therefore it should teach people to go for the kill when the situation arises.[/quote]
