A few weeks ago, almost every game had a support champ, and they change the game, they're very usefull. So, as I like to support my team, as a tank, why not as a support? I looked support champs, and choosed Soraka, because she have 2 heals, buff allies MR, debuff enemies MR and a silence. And have awesome ratios.

I saw many guides, but they are very different, so I want experience telling to me. lol

Masteries: obviously utility. but more than it, offense? defense?
Runes: Flat HP quint for early suvability, MR/lvl glyphs, MR Pen marks, and mana /5 per level for glyphs? or flat armors?
Build: As supporters dont have a lot of money, what should I get first? Mana Regen and health? AP? Aura? CDR?
Boots: CDR, Magic Pen or Mobility?
Summonner spells: Clairvyorance, Teleport, Fortify, Ghost... Should I get full support? or 1 support and 1 escaping?

Masteries: 0-9-21 or 0-15-15
Runes: Flat HP quints. MR/lvl glyphs. MPen marks, and mana regen /5 per level seals.
Build: Philosopher's Stone into a Shurelya's
Boots: CDR or Mercury's
Summonner spells: Clairvoyance/Flash most likely

I generally find that there are two ways to build a support champion: Ability Power or Aura. Ability Power is usually more expensive, but allows the support to have much stronger abilities. Aura lets the support assist the team with item passives, which are generally much cheaper to buy and require few last hits.

If you are a tank player, then I would recommend two supports for you to start with: Taric and Alistar. As it happens, I just finished my build showing two ways to build a support Alistar. Feel free to click the link in my signature. Hope that helps!

Standard summoner spells for support are CV and flash usually.

In the case of Soraka, I prefer AP/CDR.

But you should decide which playstyle you prefer.

Masteries: 9/0/21 (soraka doesn't benefit from the mana into health regen in defense)
Runes: Flat HP quint for early suvability, MR/lvl glyphs, MR Pen marks, and armor seals
Build: Make sure to buy gold gen items first ( philosopher's stone Heart of Gold and kage's lucky pick all work) wards wards wards, then shurelya's > some ap items
Boots: CDR or Merc treads if you NEED them
Summonner spells: Clairvyorance, Flash (you need it for when the other team tries to kill you during teamfights, and since it's your only escape from ganks early game)

Masteries: 0/9/21 or 3/6/21 (First choice getting dodge masteries in defense, 2nd getting 3 ap in offense then maxing reistances.)
Runes: Any Marks - I use MPen, hp/lvl Seals, Mana Regen/lvl Glyphs, flat health Quints.
Build: I use this
Boots: Lucidity
Summoner spells: Clairvoyance Flash for Soraka, no really other viable choices. If they have high mobility team, Ghost/Flash is viable too.

Masteries: 0/9/21, 9/0/21 or 3/6/21
Runes: MrP marks with 0/9/21 and armor marks with 9/0/21. Armor or MP5 seals. CDR or AP/lvl glyphs. AP quints.
Build: 2-3 GP10 items with lots of wards and boots. Items to get if you get money over are Spirit Visage and Shurelya/Morello's Evil Tome
Boots: Lucidity
Summoner spells: Clairvoyance Flash
