Last Whisper + Brutalizer Together!

I honestly don't see a reason to have both though, the armor penetration from last whisper is high enough. I feel like last whisper is somewhat mediocre though, it's damage stat is pretty low and the damage from the armor penetration feels a little paltry compared to the damage from let's say, an IE or a Black Cleaver. Brutalizer's good to have if you're going for yomuu's though[/quote]
