There was no way I was going to downvote this, it's a comprehensive guide to a very cohesive team.
I was merely deciding whether to upvote or not, and you defended your cases solidly. +1
Well, all I can say is that if you have two friends with some skills on these champions you should give it a try and post your results.
Concerning the Renekton build I can agree with you Keels but people need to have in mind that only Doran's blade, Ionian and Youmuu's are kind of essential first items for Renekton IMO (I could add Sunfire to this list but that makes it rather long for first items xD). After that and depending on what your team needs to counter enemy champions you can either get pure AD or health or whatever and keep your character preety strong individually (that's what i love about Ren). We just found ourselves in a number of games where that build was actually pretty handy and efficient.
Going back to the Banshee's Veil, it has somewhat some advantages and some disadvantages from the Quicksilver Sash. I find Banshee's to help more with initiating teamfights and also having it on willl make the other team try to pop it before they initiate which might lead them to some sticky situation. I usually go Quisilver Sash if they have someone like Malzahar or Warwick on the team.
You say Amumu is not so good 3v3 that I have to disagree with completely. There is less space to fight in so your Ultimate is going to hit for all of the other team most of the time and your teammates will be right there to assist you, this also helps with keeping people inside Despair's area of effect. The walls are close to the lanes which mean you will be landing a lot of bandage tosses from the jungle.
You should try going with this team with players that know the champions and check out your damage output. Just because you don't 2 hit people doesn't mean you don't have enough damage, after all they won't be moving for most of the time. Even if they have Cleanse and a Quicksilver Sash.
Anyway, Thank you for your comment.
