Honestly, the guide takes a turn once u sell the 3800 gold madreds for a banshees to keep thornmail.. the guide is a tank killer guide and once ur madreds is gone you are done for when it comes to tank killing youre more of a carry killer.

This is an offtank nocturne, not an anticarry nocturne, which is why you get randuins and they get infinity edge, and yes, offtanks kill anticarries quite nicely... because that is their purpose. the anticarry has to jump onto carries and kill them before they get focused and get out. It's a different playstyle and you need to see what your team needs more.
