Hawk Shot>Frost Shot

And at LvL13 when It becomes 4 extra gold per kill in those last 5 lvls, I get an extra 400 gold. Now we arent counting Champ kills, assists, dragon, etc. Am I wrong in my math? I just want to know. But if you add all the extra gold thats about 800 more gold than anyone else gets. With that 800 you can farm a few minions and get cloak of agility and start on IE. Or if you build 2 Bloodthirsters, you have enough to get 2 vamp scepters. Or that 800 can to a BFS. That means you only need 1k more. that sounds like a lot but it cant be obtained easy.
