AP vs. AD vs. On-Hit TF

[/quote] Yeah, Teemo builds those, and that would be considered on-hit. (to me atleast) Not sure what I was thinking of when I wrote that on-hit Teemo was dumb. But I still feel that on hit Kog > on hit Teemo.[/quote]

[/quote] That's what i intended (as far as on hit goes), but usually i see the Teemos that don't feed to hell, and actually get kills going tanky. Atmogs+TF+BV+FM+Merc Treads or something. Teemo is a great rice farm top champion, and he's pretty good at going AD and backdooring towers, but i've always seen tanky dps teemos just wreck people in team fights.[/quote]
