on hit TF doesn't really work, yeah
teemo TYPICALLY builds malady into madred's into FMallet, or at least Rain Man does. not sure whether you classify that as on-hit or not since he also builds a little AD, but for the most part it seems more or less on-hit.

Yeah, Teemo builds those, and that would be considered on-hit. (to me atleast)
Not sure what I was thinking of when I wrote that on-hit Teemo was dumb.
But I still feel that on hit Kog > on hit Teemo.
I've seen some people build teemo straight AD like some other carries. Not saying it's a good build at all, but I have seen it.

Is there another way of building Teemo than on hit?
I'm pretty sure there isn't. That means you're just stating your opinions on his viability.
That's what i intended (as far as on hit goes), but usually i see the Teemos that don't feed to hell, and actually get kills going tanky.
Atmogs+TF+BV+FM+Merc Treads or something.
Teemo is a great rice farm top champion, and he's pretty good at going AD and backdooring towers, but i've always seen tanky dps teemos just wreck people in team fights.
Tri lane for life.
Well, Rainman builds pretty damn tanky. I think his build is along the lines of Malady, Bloodrazor, Frozen Mallet, Banshee, Merc and optional item (most likely Wit's End)

Agreed.
