.... Im going to point something out... hes level 9. I would not recommend using a build created by someone that is level 9. Sorry OP but you just don't have enough experience for my liking.

as i say its for aggresive game. and if u dont try it . you will never understand the reason that i choose heal and clarity. just give it a try. you will stay on your lane for many minutes , get more xp. propably more gold. and you will be able too kill your enemy's at early game. so on late game (you dont need clarity at late game for you, but for your team) you will be feeded for sure

Sry, but I don't like your guide that much. I don't understand why you got Heal and Clarity, as they are *** in late game. Furthermore I don't know exactly how you want escape out of a gank. I really liked your Itemchoices, even if I miss some Magicpen. like sorc. Boots.
Your skillsection was good to, even if i would add, that your Flash Frost only hits twice if the enemy is running of. Also I would max Frostbite first, as it is your main damaging skill. And I don't like your aggressive gameplay, because you're an easy target for a gank then and you cannot rely on your passive. on lvl 1 2 guys could easily kill you, maybe one will be enough. I don't think you're allready lvl 30, are you? Ranked games could be quite hard for you and therefore I would suggest you to practie with her.
