Which is why I'm switching out the eleisa's miracle for a randuin's omen... I do NOT want to do all that f--king math 3 TIMES NOW. Someone ELSE do it. When I realized that Randuin's was much better, I has already done the math twice. I'm NOT doing it again. So... just imagine it's in there.

That build is quite useless on Amumu. He's not someone who benefits a lot from the regen. He goes in, ults and spend the rest of his mana then retreats or dies.

You don't need any durability AT ALL on Poppy. Her passive is super OP.

Pros- Semi viable?, Makes perseverance a useful mastery!
Cons- Vulnerable to burst, idk how durable it is, requires a very specific runeset

Warmog's assumed to be fully stacked... 3934 hp. Forgot to count in runes.
170 hpp5 before bonuses... Perseverance 170 x 1.04 = 176.8.
Decent amount of MR, MS, and a nice health pool. Invincible with baron buff :D I imagine it would be awesome to have regenerated a massive amount of health after a team fight.
However, this is just some fun theory crafting. Not play tested, and the servers are totally down for now... I can't test it yet.
