I have tried this build for 5 games, I have lost 1. The 4 others were a pure rampage, I like this build, it has to get more likes. But I would have appreciated if you had posted a litle bit more technique with your build. Great one!

@ Yogabababa , btw, the 13 magic resist is for early game, when I can't buy a defensive item and my MR is really low. In mid/late game I always get a defensive item when needed.

yeah I can complete that build vs real people, and I don't see a real need of critic till late game cause you hit more with critics the more AD you have.. so.. well, I think you got it.
btw, the defensive item is situational and the time you get it is situational too, if you feel they can kill you easily, you should get some def itens early on, as same if you feel you're doing really nice and they can't do anything to you, you can get more offensive itens and forget the def ones..
Btw, you said that build have been done 100 times over, I NEVER SAW A BUILD LIKE MINE, with black cleaver early on, so.. I don't see why the -1.

I don't see a need in life steal, but if you feel comfortable getting some, that's ok.. that's just my play style..

Not only has this build been done 100 times over, it lacks the crit. Twitch is a crit champion. You don't see any crit after your zeal until around 4k gold after. Speaking of cost, how much will this cost in total? unless you are going around like a mad man Ksing, ganking, pentakilling early on (All before mid game), I see no way you could complete this unless it's vs bots. That and you have no defensive items until later on. You could argue I guess that your "runes" would help you. Defensive runes do not work on twitch. Your 170 Hp won't save you, either will your 13 magic resit.

Try using Health Quints, armor pen is good, so is crit or some AD.

its true twitch really consumes mana if you get it earlier and besides that its quite useless since you will kill them if you position yourself well enough.
What i don't understand is how you will survive mid-game without the life-steal, as soon as people see you are able to play twitch decent you will be the one with an BIG RED ARROW above your head. The life-steal can and will help you survive with a significant amount.
I tried this build a couple of times but i still prefer to get the life-steal earlier to make me farm faster.

like I said to the first guy, you don't have mana early game for the slow, that's why I get it at lvl 8, but that's just my way to play..
about the on hit effect items ( malady, wits end and sotd ) , they give you a lot of attack speed, but that's not what I want, I always look for AD , my only true attack speed item is phantom dancer, and with berserker's + black cleaver + ambush I don't need more AS than that, and I will get a lot more AD and some critics, doing more damage.
about the change of mobility boots with berserker's, I take it because i always get Zeal at the early game, and with that I get a nice mobility and with more attack speed, so I dont need to expend money on just attack speed items, like I said before.

i think the first guy hit on a good point, i think the slow is an essential part of twitch's ability set. Also, i don't see any effect on hit items except for black cleaver. (malady, wit's end, sotd). I like to put those on my twitch builds, but thats just the way i enjoy playing him. Seeing berserker's greaves is different, since i always see boots of mobility on every other twitch build, but different is good. There are a few concerns i have with the build, but other than that i think it looks fairly solid. I like the early black cleaver.

@Ahee , I made some calculations and the magic resist per lvl glyphs are better just at lvl 10, so the flat magic resist glyphs are better for twitch since we just need it early game, late game some magic resist will make no difference, thanks! ~edited~
