If Taric is going to go full ap then Soraka or maybe even Sona would be better going full ap.
Alistar is fine, or he can go tanky ap.
Mordekaiser should go tanky ap since only one skill scales on ad. If he goes full tank no one targets him, if you goes full damage, he is extremely squishy.
Tristana is fine.
Xin Zhao should go tanky dps or else he is extremely squishy even with his ultimate or passive.
If Alistar and Mordekaiser goes tanky ap, you have 2 magic damage and 2 ad with a support. Depending on the enemy team, Alistar and Taric (or the replacement I suggested) may not be able to farm much, but they will be able to keep the lane.

Xin Zhao feels very disrespected! There is an "H" in his name you know! :O
He needs to go tanky DPS (also known as AD/off-tank), that's his best role. Jungling with him is superb.
Mordekaiser adds NOTHING to an organized team. Waste of time. Re-think this pick, PLEASE.
Alistar as a tank works, but his lane placement is awkward for me...
Taric is better done aura-tank, in my honest opinion.
Tristana is solid...
This team needs some serious work. Here's how I'd do it changing as little as possible...
Taric & Tristana bottom lane. Taric goes support-aura-tank build and thus becomes very farm-independent. Let Tristana take all the CS. Zone with Tristana's burst and Taric's debuffs.
Xin Zhao jungle. AD/off-tank. He can easily combo with a Dazzle and MELT FACES.
Alistar is very strong, but where does one place him?... Mordekaiser is a solo-Q pubstar, that's that.
Switch Alistar for Cho'Gath and solo top with Cho'Gath. The monster does the minotaur's job and synergizes better with the team composition.
Switch Mordekaiser for Swain and solo mid. Swain does way more for the team, period.
If I had my total way, I'd swap Xin Zhao for Udyr for a solo top, and have Alistar/ Cho'Gath jungling as well.
Yes, I gutted your team composition, but it needed some transplants badly imho.

I miss the old Malady.
During Mordekaiser free weeks, I would log onto my smurf, and stack Maladies + Wriggles.
I would get back so much health, and there was nothing those noobies could do about it. I'd just keep whacking them with my big mace, and I broke turrets super-fact too.
Did you know that Mordekaiser was originally suppose to be a Melee-DPS? His Iron Man was suppose to be an effective-health supplement, while he would bash people with his Q. But Riot had yet to embrace AD-Ratios, so everyone just built tanky and laned like a boss.
Massive life-steal + Super attack speed + Iron Man = Pubstomp Extraordinaire!
