This build is hard to read, and it's not really in depth.
Sorry man. I always hate to bring a downvote. I really don't feel like this deserves all that much praise. It's short, and doesn't cover some key areas of Poppy's gameplay or explain any of her mechanics or playstyle. I don't feel like downvoting this as much right now, because for whatever reason it's doing well.
I just fail to see how this is a very good guide.
It isn't meant to cover all of poppy, simply provide a build as well as a basic outline, as for your statement about flash vs ghost, that comes down to preference see the problem with your comments is they are based around a biased "this is the way to play" attitude, thats why I won't take anything you've said into consideration, flash is not only useful for getting away/gap closing, its a great set up for kills with flash+heroic charge, philo stone is another thing you keep arguing, skill is not a substitute for getting hit with ranged attacks from players. Anyways rather then get into a huge debate with you, i'll stick with the "if you don't have anything nice to say" method and ask politely you stop posting reasons why the build is bad, I've played it, others have played it, and its always brought at least a decent amount of success. Go ahead and play poppy how you want, if people don't want to use my build cuz they have a better one more power to them.

Philo stone is useful, MS quints are amazingly useful for chasing and running away, the mana is needed for using Q which has a high mana cost, I've used both builds many times and they work wonderfully, just because you have an idea of how to play poppy doesn't mean its the right way. And sheen is cheap, 2 kills and creeping will get it to you within first few minutes. So the saph crystal in the start is unnecessary when philo stone keeps you from B'in when you get harassed you can just hang back and regen/recov while still getting the EXP, I appreciate your opinion but you know what they say about opinions...
I say again. philosopher's stone is unnecessary. If you feel you're lacking in HP regen, which isn't on the list of Poppy's problems, then maybe. But it doesn't build into anything of much use for Poppy.
Flash is a better escape option- ghost is the better chasing/fleeing option. Ghost will make you much harder to chase down, and escape from. Ghost is a perfet spell for Poppy. You really shouldn't be taking MS Quints that really cut down on your Arpen and therefore your damage when you could take a spell that supplies the same benefits as flash only more suited for chasing and fleeing. Flash is the get-me-the-****-out-of-here button. It will be easier to hit and run from people with ghost. You're in essence throwing away precious armor penetetration for something that gets solved- better mind you- by a similar escape option that makes you almost impossible to kite or chase down.
