Yeah, and by unavoidable I meant it was assured damage regardless of hitting terrain. Only counters would be Banshee's Nocs shield or Sivir's shield. The added benefit is that it applies a stack of silver bolts, so weather initiating on someone with it or using it to proc silver bolts the damage is substantial compared to Tumble.
