Yes it will, that is generally a good jungle rune setup. And no, because of his heal, slow, and E for AD buff at level one, he is not a rune dependent jungler, but they sure help, and help him clear faster and lose less HP at that, just like with any other jungler. Jebus runes are really good, for glyph its usually good to go MR per lvl is a strong choice.

But keep in mind he is GP, you want AD quints for more crits.

9 armor pen reds
3 flat armor yellows
6 armor per level yellows
8 magic resist per level blues
0 quints
The reason for the yellows is because I am saving for more flat armor yellows but my armor per level are for tanks so I use them for jungle for now.
Will this work for GP?
