How to tank guide (Revamped! 10/13)
His passive E should probably scale per lvl, and also, it makes no sense, that he doesn't get the additional Armor and MR, when he uses the skill. Maybe the passive should be getting the extra Armor and MR when he is using the skill. Since you made it a long buff, I see that to be decently fitting.
His ultimate seems rather weak, as it doesn't offer Clinth any defense of any sort, while it still costs him a huge chunk of HP. Since it reduces damage from anyone but Clinth, it doesn't make any sense for him to use this at all. Not to mention that the skill can kill him while below 25% health. I think he should take reduced damage while in the void. The damage is kind of strong for that though. I can't imagine how much 350 is for a radius, but that's probably a decently and fair radius. Except the damage again is then too strong.
Finally, if the enemy takes reduced damage from allies, then Clinths attacks on champs in the Void should be increased in a similar manner. I'm not saying it should be 50%, but honestly, I find that 50% reduced damage can be a great advantage for the enemy team, if you use the ulti in a teamfight. Quickly killing Clinth after he uses ulti will only mean a buff to the enemy team. Problem is, if you would go AP/DPS with Clinth, you'll get killed instantly as soon as you pop ulti, but if you go tank, you'll just not deal any damage, and your teammates wont be able to, either. That's just bad. I don't think there should be any reduced damage from Clinth allies, but if there must be, then Clinth damage on them needs an increase. And last but not least: It makes no sense for the ulti to cost more health the more he levels it... It should at the least be the other way around. 25 in the beginning and 15 later. Just so you don't completely rape yourself at lategame when you use ulti.
One more thing: The health cost on ulti - if to be percentile, it should be based on the HP you currently have, and not the maximum HP, since this can create suicide o.o
As a note to the W: The fear should scale. Fiddlesticks has a 3 second fear in lvl 5 Fear. Since W looks like a skill you might want to focus however, I think it'd be best if you don't make it 3 seconds, but maybe 2,5 or just 2 at the final level.
^In the end, quite the brilliant idea and concept for the champ, and the lore was good too. Excuse any gramma mistakes or typo's above. I was just writing off of my mind ^_^
One last thing: I'm not sure if it's mutual, but the lore kind of confused me into thinking that Clinth was a good person in the beginning, and BAM he's evil - he's actually the god of all evil. lol. Not sure how else to explain. If it is indeed because he turns evil for some reason, try to make the transaction from decent/good person to evil more obvious, perhaps with a direct sentence like "One day the evil powers consumed his soul, and he vowed to serve the dark side forever", or w/e xD
Was a joy reading, though ;) Hope this helped a bit :3

So, Ruddy. BA, i'm a noob, what does that mean.
Kirluu, jesus christ.
Welluh, he just feels OP for me, as he is some kind of a initiator. Like, getting Rabadon and 1 AP item, then Def, Def, Def. Jump in and do Morde-God-Like with your ulti and other CC.
However gotta take that E skill note into consideration and gonna work on Ultimate a bit, seems a bit suicidal after the 2nd look. Q.Q

I'd say the idea of reducing damage from others isn't that bad. It means that this fella can pick perhaps 2-3 targets with a good ult and the team will focus on the rest?
It has huge damage potential, and your team can perhaps be ready with their CD's when it lay off? I know it would require some good teamwork and might not be that viable in solo-queue, but I actually like the idea.

Love this champion already.
If I see this right, he looks like a cross mix between
Amumu and
Mordekaiser, which I love.
The scaling on his Q could be a bit lower though, it's kinda overboard as is.
Also put a CAP on his E, so you don't get people going into 400+ armor/mres.
I can see him working as a good Gunblade+Atmog+Trinity Tank with FoN and Thornmail for prime defense. That is if you adjust the scaling so you don't get people Q.Q hard about him being OP.

Lore:
In the Dark Ages, during The Great Rune War, there was a knight feared by all. With his sword, he was the only man able to open up the path to the Void and travel through its channels. Clinth, a great warrior, fighter of Demacia, was bringing chaos to the battlefield. His power was unmatched, there was none who could oppose him. On the very day, the war was about to end, Clinth was summoned to the Void in order to tame a great beast, which went loose.
Knowing the beast is a ruthless creature, able to kill him in a matter of second, Clinth, with his mythical blade, travelled to the Void to meet his final, mortal enemy. After the fight, he was found near to death by his ally -
"Morality, Law, Emotions. These are nothing compared to the pure evil, these are nothing compared to Me..." - Clinth.
Passive: Dark Desire
Clinth's will makes his allies stronger, giving them 5/6/7% Cooldown Reduction. This value goes up on levels 9 and 16. This effect wears off when Clinth's dead.
Q Skill: Mist Step
Clinth dismerges into a ghost aura and dashes into a direction (Line) dealing 35/65/95/125/155 magic damage (+100% of his total AD and 25% of his total AP) to the enemies on his path and stunning the last enemy he hits for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 second.
Cooldown: 10 || Cost: 15/30/45/60/75 Health
Range: ~600
W Skill: Evil Soul
Clinth uses a particle of his soul and puts it into his enemy causing them to flicker in pain. This ability deals 80/110/140/170/200 damage + 70% of his total AP and causes fear to them for 1 second. If the unit is killed, Clinth will recieve a heal aqual to the 25% of the damage this skill dealt.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 || Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Health
Range: 600
E Skill: The Black Blade
Passive Ability - Clinth gains an additional 5 Armor and Magic Resist each time he kills a champion and 1 point per an assist.
Active Ability - Clinth enhances his blade with evil desires. His first next basic attacks will deal an additional damage based on his stats (50% of his total AD and 25% of his total AP) for the next 6/8/10/12/14 seconds. When this ability is on a cooldown or in use, the Passive's Ability effect disappears.
Cooldown: 10 || Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 Health
Ultimate: Danse Macabre
Clinth creates a massive portal that sucks up his enemies. The sucked enemies are slowed (25%) for 4 seconds and are being dealt 125/250/375 magic damage each second (+55% of your total AP). The enemies that are currently in the portal will recieve 50% less damage from all sources besides Clinth's attacks.
Cooldown: 120/110/100 || Cost: 15/20/25% of the maximum HP
Range: 650 || Radius of Portal: 350
That's pretty much all, I suck at balancing champuons, aye, this is my 1st one as well and I like being OP <3
In particular, he is a Hybrid Mage Caster with lots of CC, very usable in team fights, yet kind of Squishy unless fed. Great initiator, offers a nice passive for the team. Has an escape mechanism (Q Skill). Uses his own health, spammable abilities. A bit Morde-like, but with no Shield, he isn't as tanky as Morde, but he has more CC. Probably a Solo Top or even Mid pick.
Opinions? Thanks to Deviant for such an awesome fitting picture.
Btw, Did you like the Lore? <3
