yeah, they really didnt give enough details on her passive, but at the moment, I am not too impressed.
From how I took Phreak's spotlight... She's Teemo with wings and support traits.

That was a theme in a few champ changes. Heal nerfs :/ because some champs sustain toooooo hard....As for Kayle, to me on hit might be the best route, or high end AP with some AS to help build her nukeage. Something like Malady/Nashor/Death Cap/Gunblade/Guinsoo's and either Sorc boots/Zerkers/Merc treads.

This is actually pretty good... Wasnt even thinking of that at all.
Also, a bit off topic, but I'm not certain on how the mechanics of those two items work. Since they shred they benefit your entire team correct?
