I've not jungled with WW myself, but I've heard that it is possible. What you can do is to test it in a custom game you make yourself. Just see whether you can clear the route or not :)
See if you can, if not, then perhaps you should wait with jungling until lvl 20 when you can get tier 3 runes :)

It should be possible if you use cloth armour + 5 health pots to start, try it in a custom.
As far as I know the most important jungling mastery is the one in utility giving +4% exp, which is just enough to give you a level from the first camp.

Also leashing. If you spend a bit of IP on tier 1 armor runes, it makes it go a lot smother as well.

I jungled with WW since level 10. Just start at twin golems and make sure you have points in the exp mastery and advanced smite and you're good. You won't be able to start at either of the buffs until you actually have runes

Ok.thanks a lot..
and one last question..Better to jungle with him or layne??because instead of smite i could put another magic that could help me..thanks again
Either works, but warwick is only really good in a solo lane, and you're not likely to get one tbh, especially if you have no jungler.
Plus you'll have to learn a jungler sooner or later if you want to play ranked games, or just want to play other roles, and Warwick is one of the easier junglers to learn.
