Champs without good farm

Some examples would be if you're in a dual lane (and your laning partner isn't playing a support/babysitter role) or with champions without any real aoe damage that can be efficiently used for farm, like Kassadin, Leblanc, laning Udyr (most laning Udyr's don't seem to get phoenix till very late game), Shen etc. Since you're farming far slower (because of your abilities or another champion in your lane also taking CS) your income shoudl be hindered, and I'm just not sure how you can compete with a champion who does have good farm :/ Any insight appreciated. Honestly how to counter it is to just hang around and poke and ACCEPT the fact your probably going to get out farmed don't get mad and play super aggressive and risk giving away more gold to him / her. [/quote] Starcall and Shatter almost never do enough to 1 hit minions, so you can use them once or twice to lower the minions' health a little, which helps you laning partner get farmed faster.[/quote]
