How is it that you can say that? ;O You're hurting Garen's feelings :3 And Lee Sin and Renekton, if I recall correctly? ;O
I'm not certain whether or not these skills should be considered overpowered, as I've tried to compare them to similar skills, and most of the skills are weaker than those of other champions, so I don't think there should be a problem. The Iron Skin for instance is way weaker than, say, Rammus' DBC, and grants a debuff after the skill is over, so I find that very balanced in comparision. Ofc, the only reason I put the debuff is that it'd be unfair to be able to just build fully DPS and then tank like hell, because of a single skill ^^

Q passive attack, Q active, E stun, Ultimate, by this time his focus will be dead and the whole enemy team will be slowed.
The base damage on his skills is really high and the ratios are somewhat ok, but need reducing.
The resume might need some changes, but overall it sounds like an awesome champion the likes of which I would love to play.

I'm considering making the E a target location skill, rather than an AoE where he is the center, but I'm not certain. If I make it a target spell, I find that it'll be a bit too much like Cho'Gath's Rupture. For comparison: Cho'Gath knocks up enemies for 1 second, and slows for 3 seconds by 60%, which is quite strong. And the base damage on Rupture is bigger than that of Granite Spires. Including the fact that Rupture has a 100% AP Ratio, and this skill's ratio is based on BONUS AD, and not 70 % of ALL AD. In a way, looking at it, I think it needs a buff, when considering things like Garen's Silencing attack. Then again, Garen's Silence requires an AA. So I dunno, lol.
Also: I don't think you'll want to click W too early. And leveling it first will make you very squishy as well. Even if it is only for 2 seconds, the enemy would easily be able to time their attacks and focus to burst one down in a matter of less than 2 seconds, while you are debuffed.
About the Q, I can see some quite insane first-few-lvls burst damage against squishies, perhaps even at a brush encounter at lvl 1. But then again: Wth is a squishy doing in the brush at lvl 1 before the minions spawn ? ;)

Nex's W doesn't scale on anything o.o :3 Anyone else got some opinions? :O
IMO I find it hard to believe that Malph should have beaten this guy, but hell, I just know that Malph got TP'd to Runeterra to create order or smthing, so I figured, once he heard of the Island, he would go there ;O

The Demon God
Lore:
Nex. A creature created by the Devil himself. Nex was chosen, amongst many other demons, to single-handedly rule the Island of the Lost, an island located a bit away from the land of Runeterra. To most people, this island did not exist at all, for others it was a myth, for a few, it was a legend. The superiors in each land of Runeterra were the only one who knew of its existence. It was a banished land, where only few would dare to set foot. Most of these people were eager heroes searching greater strength, and searching for an opponent that would give them a fight till the end.
That was exactly what most people found on the island. Nex would typically leave the newcomers alone, until they would get tired, at which he would confront them, and kill them without speaking a single word.
However, one day, things were to change. Malphite, The Shard of the Monolith had heard of the misdo of this evil creature, Nex, and decided to travel by boat to the Island. After staying there for a few days, Nex confronted him, and experienced a harsh defeat. Malphite spared his life that day, in pity for what the creature had become.
From that day forward, after realizing that he was indeed not the strongest creature on the planet, he sought out Malphite for a rematch. He wanted to prove that he was the strongest in the world.
Eventually, he joined the League of Legends, swearing to slash down anyone in his path, and also to someday, defeat his rival, Malphite.

Q Skill: Claws of the Beast
Passive: Nex uses his musclemass’ power to redefine the shape of his arms, to equip himself with deadly sharp fangs. Nex’s attack will deal an additional 30/50/70/90/110(+40% of bonus AD) physical damage with a 8 second cooldown.
Active: Nex releases his rage upon all enemies in front of him, by lashing out his arms to their full extent, dealing 70/120/170/220/270 (+80% of bonus AD) physical damage to all enemies hit.

W Skill: Iron Skin
Nex doubles his musclemass overlaying himself in a tough skin of Iron. Nex’s Armor is, because of this, increased by 50/62,5/75/82,5/100 and his Magic Resistance increased by 50/62,5/75/82,5/100 for 5 seconds. After the duration, Nex is weakened and has his defenses reduced by the same amount for 2 seconds.
E Skill: Granite Spires
Nex applies his claws to the ground to create a group of granite spires around him, that will stun and pierce nearby enemies for 90/140/190/240/290(+70% of bonus AD) as well as stunning them for 1/1,25/1,5/1,75/2 seconds.

Ultimate: Ancient Power of the Devil
Nex lends the ancient powers of the Devil himself, and empowers his body to gain an additional 250/400/650 health. At the moment Nex enters this form, all surrounding enemies are tethered for the duration of the skill. If a tethered enemy champion leaves the maximum range of the tether, they will be slowed by 40/50/60% for 3 seconds. After 15 seconds the skill wears off, and remaining tethers are broken, with no side effect for enemies currently tethered.
