It has happened a few times. But then soraka is in duo lane with melee champ. So she just finishes the work off with a starfall and a thrown banana. So not THAT embarassing =)

Fail Flash in order to steal Baron.

1) not using hp pots when low hp or chased by enemies at low levels
2) not using items in team fights and letting ememies escape
