minor spoilers ahead but if you play infamous 2, one of the dead drops contains a conversation between dr. wolfe and john white. (conversation took place during infamous 1)
wolfe wants him to return to new marias with cole but john white told him he wouldn't leave until they destroy the raysphere, as the beast is supposed to show up in enmpire city, he wants to make sure the raysphere is destroyed so no one will use it to become the beast.
