right now i have 3013 IP but im looking forward into getting a 3150 champ. Any of you have any recommendation for a champ thats fun, gets kills, and that makes you LOLOLOL?

i currently own Cho'Gath, Gragas, Jax, Kassadin, Nidalee, Olaf, Shaco, Sona, and best of all Udyr.

Im also thinking about getting garen, since ive been getting roflstomped by him in many games and hes tanky as hell and he recently got a buff. any suggestions?
