Boots on Vlad

The Spell vamp/AP (not CDR) item which he uses all of the stats, and is core on him? [[spirit visage]] is core on vlad and gives CDR. Either way, CDR boots are going to pay off more in the long run, whereas it's pretty easy to just get a [[void staf]] to get spellpen whenever you need it.[/quote]

You could just get Sorc boots and pwn things, now hes Q has 4 secs CD. Spirit Visage gives some CDR too, but its pretty uncommon (at least I've never seen anyone using).[/quote]
