It was more of a buff than a rework tbh. Since they nerfed his ult range, his jump time got buffed and heartseeker strike got changed to be more bursty. His Q is OP now too :P. As far as I know, these changes only affect viability and a little bit of gameplay. The build should be roughly the same as it has always been.

Well it wasn't like kayle , kayle became bigger etc but pantheon just had some tweaks and stuff on his ulti.
His ulti got less range yet less castin time so nerf+buff. And yeah psiguard is right , OP Q.
