Thanks Saucages, I don't get many comments like that. In fact your the second. I really appreciate that. The first comment similar to that was on my Wukong guide. In fact, My Wukong guide was at the top for like a day, it had comments saying it was the best one so far, etc. but then trolls hit it hard, forcing it to go down while people looked at the other top guide and now mine's not even on the list. But, its what the people want, and I know my way of Wukong is good, so it's their loss I guess.
Your a tad on the squishy side so you wont be taking that much of a beating. Good guide +1 for the effort because this guide does well if your going for a high damage skarner. As I stated above slows dont stack.
You may want talk play style a little bit like what you do in the early,mid and late game.

I looked into the Slow stacking idea of mine, and you are absolutely right, because the apply the same effect(known as "Slowed") therefore, as you stated, the strongest one will override the other, making the other slows useless.
I think I will switch out Rylai's for something else. I'm considering Banshee's Veil, to make up for the other part of your comment about him being a tad on the squishy side. I am open to other suggestions, but I'm going to list Banshee's as the replacement for Rylai's atm.
