Nope JUST you....You're cursed with soloque teammates SO BAD (How bad are they!?!?)
Soloqueue teammates SO BAD they think Baron Nashor is the younger brother of Captain Crunch.
SO BAD they think placing wards in a pentagram across SR will ward off evil computer spirits.
SO BAD they instalock in without changing their runes.
SO BAD they call for the jungle and don't take Smite.
SOOOO BADDDD that they think sending Teemo to solo against Malphite and Jarvan is a good strategy....
BTW the LoL community is pretty bad HoN's worse though :/

It's not as bad at 1500 elo or more, but trolls will be trolls and you stumble across them everywhere. Best bet is to get into communities like this one and participate in their premades/inhouses.
The battleroom is ready. Liqur's hands are steady. The enemy is deadly.

LoL community is **** because there's tons of players that means everyone thinks they're better then everyone else and all they do is ***** and complain and start arguments where both sides are 8000% wrong. Soo many bad players and they try to reason why manamune is really good on ****in rammus. but nooo apparently you're supposed to be getting Triforce on Rammus because triforce is apparently ****ing amazing as opposed to Manamune.
HoN community is **** because most of the players are actually decent but they play at an insanely high standard (they expect more than they can actually perform themselves) so most of the **** talk is "omfg you don't know how to play this game" and 8000% they're right on that. Super elitists, but when they talk down to others they're normally pretty on-the-spot (afaik). Pretty ****in harsh in general though, scrutiny to the max. "YOU PUT THE WARD LIKE 8 PIXELS TOO FAR, WE CAN'T SEE TOP RUNE, OMFG YOU'RE SUCH A NOOB HOLY ****."
Haha, well I guess it's most definitely not just me. Kinda sad, really. Too bad the MOBAfire community doesn't directly reflect how the vast majority of players talk/act :/
@JEFFY40HANDS The only problem with simply /ignore -ing the idiots, is that in most cases I still need to rely on them a bit for calling MIA's and such. Because at my low level, it's usually the annoying ones (who KIND OF know how to play) that actually call MIA's, and sometimes help set up ganks. Ah, well. So it goes...
Although recently, I've been working on bettering my map-awareness, so I won't have to rely on them quite as much. I'm still fairly new, so that's definitely an area that I need to try and improve in ;)

I'm telling you /ignore. If you soloque be prepared to work alone. Best way to get better at being map aware is to not have someone to call MiAs. Even when I que with friends I tend to call their MiAs for safety sake. I repeat myself in vent or skype to make sure I don't get *****ed at for not calling mias. Sometimes I say "hey why no fing mia" if I get ganked, but most of the time I pay attention. Trust me reling on a troll is feeding the troll. If you ignore them, they can't do ****.
Is some ways it gets worse when you get to a higher level since then you are paired against pretty decent players and so when you have a troll on your team who only plays the game to make people rage other team can start raping you pretty fast.
On the other hand what you might be dealing with is people with lvl 30 accounts who made a new account just to troll new players. Long story short the LoL community is full of ****s and trolls so find some people that don't fall under those categories and add and que with them.

So, I've been playing LoL for a bit now, and one thing that MAJORLY turns me away from it, is the seemingly *******-ish/mentally ******ed players that I get matched with. I'm only level 9 on my new main account, but I have another, which is around level 11-ish. Anywho, I've started to notice a trend that seems to persist, no matter how much I play. The LoL community as a whole (it seems) is so off-putting. For instance, the type of people who believe they're ****ing GODLIKE (when they're obviously not) and just flame the HELL out of anyone and everyone for any type of "mistake", no matter how small (or most times, non-existent), and type/act like they're 12 year olds.
I don't see the point in this. If someone's making mistakes, they're obviously new-ish. Why not try to offer to help? Give some suggestions, and try to guide them; they are on your team after all, if they're doing slightly better, so is your team as a whole. Right? At least that's what I do, in those situations.
And then, of course, there's the intentional feeders, that I seem to come across all too often. I dunno what to really say about this, besides it's just ****ing stupid. Takes the fun away from the game, for both teams really. The ONLY fun thing that can sometimes come of this, is when you play a game, with a feeder on your team, and still come out on top and win :)
I was kinda wondering, though. Is it just me, that feels this way? Am I just having bad luck with teammates/opponents?
I was told by someone, in-game, that these type of players aren't as prevalent as you reach the higher levels. I really hope it's true, because I love LoL, but I absolutely can't stand most of the people in-game. For me, at least, this problem REALLY takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
