Using it for farming still wasn't even that great. It's a lot easier to get any kills now that you can nuke down one guy with your crazy DPS and activating your R. Fast attack instantly = faster guinsoo's stacks = painful damage = Hextech nuke = if they ain't dead wtf.

2 second reduced cd on bandage is a good little buff, idk about the .5 second reduction on his ulti, i never felt like it lasted for 2.5 seconds anyway. on a random note last i checked amumu's bandage didn't say how long it stunned, even though its only 1 second i think they really should put how long the ccs last.

who cares. 3 damage and 90 hp.

lost her bear tibbers, probably under the bed or something.

lets see... 72 more mana not really much of a change there. 1/4th redux on static field, and i'm sure stealth players enjoy that it no longer randomly targets them. yay for being invisible. as for overdrive movement reduction, it reduces your speed more before you get the movespeed 2 boots, once you get those your speed is 17.5 greater than it used to be when it reduced speed. idk what is going on with mana barrier.. so when he gets below 20% health he gains a shield that is 50% of his mana for free? so that works nice with the increased mana...

1 second cdr and at lvl 5 30 less mana. i don't know why they didn't do this to vorpal spikes sooner, especially since it buffed with ap but it wasnt considered a spell by item procs? ap cho'gath is now a more viable build.

not much to see here. 20 less mana off of gatling gun and 10 mana off phosphorous bomb.

ok now this is the biggest part of the patch. huuuuge change to evelynn and i don't know where to start. a little less damage on hatespike but a bigger ap buff... second target takes full damage and it prioritizes champs.. less mana cost, but i think the biggest part is that it leaches 25% of the damage it deals. you could easily get about what.. 400 damage total off of this easily spammable spell? i don't really know about this one for now...

for shadow walk, reduced duration but increased movespeed is pretty evil.. stun got cut in half. she also stealths quicker. starts out with a bigger cd and mana cost than before but quickly comes out better than before.

as for ravage, damage was nerfed, and the mana cost lowered. increased armor/magic resist reduction, still no word on if you have to be behind the target for that. range is increased and you get to dash to your target. ravage seems fine to me.

as for her totally new ultimate, well for starters her old ulti is still there... with the healing on hate spike and the move speed on stealth. no word yet on how long she has to channel or how long it lasts, but she blinds and slows in an area affect. super exhaust, anyone?

as for her stats change, a little more attack speed (.037) and she gains 9 armor. she also has 205 more health and 3.7 mp/5

now, my one question, is that when she breaks stealth, whether through a spell or attacking, she stuns her target. now what if she uses her ulti to break stealth?

i havn't seen galio since he was released, so i don't really think the small nerfs are really worth it. 10 mana onto smite, gust, and idol, and his taunt was cut by .5 seconds.

getting his sister prepped on the do's and don'ts of aram games.

(do a) barrel roll gained 1 second cdr, and slows attack speed instead of his ulti. i guess it kinda balances out, smaller aoe to the attack speed slow, but castable so many more times. rage got a 5 second cd, so getting 20% cdr from items or runes will allow you to have INFINITE RAGE. with that much more beer in his belly he decided to stop body slamming people so much, lest he get sick. as previously mentioned explosive cask no longer slows your attack speed.

another highlight of the patch. his passive now states how much health hes getting from where which is kinda nice. as for leapstrike i don't know what to make of it, weird things are afoot...
empower is the big one, it no longer splash explodes, so it only hits one target but it does a lot more damage. counter strike gains 40 damage by lvl 5.
the last big thing about jax is his ulti. instead of having to smack some people up a few times to get the max attack speed, he can now cast it to instantly get full stacks. (which is 60/100/140% attack speed)

all in all a nice patch for jax. now all we need is a new teemo skin...

lay waste now costs 8 less mana and he has 4 second cdr on wall of pain.

meh, 3 second cdr on nether blade.

OH **** RUN 3 daggers from death lotus at every level instead of 1/2/3.

3 less armor. go and hit her with your sword some more. its ok, scattershot doesnt slow you as much as it used to. she also will probably(as it could scale with ap) do less damage on her reduced range bullet time. if things get bad you can run away better because she can't move as fast now. and to top it off ricochet can't travel as far as it could. so by all means go ahead and kill her.

consulting with the sands of time, he discovered that it would be better if casting siphoning strike would reset his auto attack. but thats only good if he attacks slowly. (ie worthless for my dps nasus.)

oh god she got 3 damage. but she cant heal as much now, 15 increased mana cost.

she'll devastate you with that blow, especially since it resets her auto attacks.

the fastest champion just got faster. he also got a little more mana regen. the lottery happens more often, ball curl happens more often too, but..

once again we get to one of the main parts of the patch. i could really care less about recommended items because i've been playing forever and i know how to build a caster. 128 hp, 2 armor, 5 move speed and .23 hp/5 as increased stats.
overload does less damage (.05 reduced ap ratio), but has 1 second less cd and 20 less mana cost.
i hate that rune prison is now flat damage, rather than a dot. it also does less flat damage, the ap ratio is fixed now, idk what was up with it before, but now it also does 5% of his max mana, combined with the 10% max mana damage on overload and its obvious that you should be stacking major mana. also has increased cast range by a whopping 25.
as for spell flux oh boy .02 increased ap ratio and 20 less mana cost.

5 less magic resist :(, fling has 1.5 second cdr, and insanity potion brought down a whopping 20 second cdr but only lasts for 20 seconds now.

wow thats powerful. a huge buff to the attack speed of her ulti, 90% increased attack speed and 45% for allies, when it used to be 65%/32.5%

PEW PEW LAZOR BIRD!! .15 increased ap ratio, and bug fixes. but still thats a nice damage increase. along with the .2 ap ratio increase to nevermore. jesus christ this patch is a dream come true for swain fans as he also gets a whopping 11 extra damage on torment, and another .2 ap ratio increase. oh sweet he also gets 50% increase to his mana regen from carrion renewal.

i guess everyones problem with taric was the heal... 10 less healing and 10 more mana cost... doesn't really hurt much.

teemo:


oh man 5 movespeed. his camouflage is actually more useful now, as he stealths after 1.5 seconds of not moving. what i'm really glad for is that being invulnerable, or blue pill, will not activate his stealth.
blind doesnt last as long, but it can be cast more often.
as for teemos ult i actually like this change a lot. dps teemo won't have a mana problem much anymore lol. however, being able to drop 3 mushrooms at once will be a bad thing for most players, as most teemos i've seen are stupid and don't know that the mushrooms don't stack... seriously i've seen a teemo drop 30 mushrooms into the same bush. the other thing that i'm questioning is that teemo will have a buff saying how many shrooms he can drop, like how akali has a buff saying how many shadow thingys shes got. so you would be able to tell that teemo dropped a shroom without actually seeing him do it as he will be missing a charge.

he's on his honeymoon with ashe but that doesn't mean hes too busy to not get an update (unlike ashe...)
anyway bloodlust can be used more often and it does even more damage holy **** you better look out. also the fact that his spinning slash can be used more and also has a much bigger aoe.

i really like this one alot too. sure its only a minor buff but blue card now does 30 more damage than the other 2. a good buff because now blue card is a more viable option. also you don't need any ap to refund full mana if you use blue card, and you're even restoring more mana than it costs to cast.

well now you can see how far away the guy can be before using expunge or debilitating poison, so thats good. but now it does slightly less damage with the auto attack poison.

probably working on that legendary skin which i heard was in the works. (it was mentioned in a thread on this forum.)

decided he didn't want noobs playing him so he removed the recommended tag.

ITEMS AND STUFF

holy **** new item! damage and magic resist you know this ****er is going to be in a lot of builds. the unique passive is so awesome, if you take magic damage when below 40% of your health you gain 30 damage and 150 magic resist. holy hell this item is perfect for assassins when they go after a mage.

soul shrould:


well kindlegem needed a useful item to upgrade to, and so the full recipe just combines 3 items into 1 instead of combining 2 items and giving cdr.

kindlegem:


they really want you guys to buy more kindlegems. not only do they upgrade to 2 items now but they also lowered the price by 50 gold.

shurelya's reverie:


boy that item is a mouthful. on the downside to kindlegem becoming cheaper this item got more expensive. so i guess that balances out the kindlegems cheaperness... unless you bought a soulshroud with it.

malady:


remember when malady was a useful item? me either, but maybe now it will be. it now gives you 50% attack speed, and 25 ap instead of the 15% lifesteal. the passive is actually good now too, doing magic damage and reducing magic resist, which the magic resist stacks.

warmogs:


reduced cost is always a plus. you also get 150 more hp. however the downfall is that this item totally sucks now for health regen, the max health regen going down by 47.5 hp5. if you thought it was worthless before, it is totally worthless now.

atma's impaler:


this item is kinda iffy. price went down by 430, and requires a ruby crystal instead of a cloak of agility, so you gain 180 health instead of 18% crit. the health with the passive gives you 3.6 damage, this is still a useful item, but your damage output won't be the same as it was. (esentially trading 180 health, 3.6 damage, and 430 gold vs the nearly criting 1 out of 5 attacks.)

rod of ages:


the end stats and cost didn't change, but the starting stats are greater, however the stats over time are worse. no info yet on whether or not you still need 15 minutes to get the full stats.

I'd have to disagree on Warmog's. It's a lot more useful for upfront kinds of battles whereas it's less useful for passive players (More HP upfront, less HP while staying back). It has its drawbacks and good ****, I guess. I like it because it helps Atma's quite a bit. Also, I believe Malady retains the 15% lifesteal.
