I use the same skill sequence.
No, Singed junglers would only do that to save mana.
And no, I only do a thing or 2 differently from how most ppl do it. (look below for how most ppl do it)
By following this you should finish at about 04:00.

"every now and again you come across a game that has so little emotional connection to who you are that you end up standing there, gazing at the screen and saying "I'm just pressing buttons and my life has no meaning,"" - Colin Campbell

See? All good :D
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.
I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

I spec every game lol my only core items are:
Aegis of the Legion(still VERY worth it, even after the nerf)
Mercury's Treads Simply no better boots for a tank. All teams have cc.
Quicksilver Sash Again, improved utility is a must. With this I just plain perform better. Good 100% of the time; a free cleanse that saves my *** all the time. It just plain makes you a better tank.
I'll try your path though, with your build. I love shurelya's. :D
