why is this build not #1

Use this build all the time, and post and share it on league forums :) because it should be a standard. I do how ever like void staff a little more than maybe rod of ages. sure you dont get as much health or mana, but you get +10 ap and penetration.

my personal opinion, and I know you have it in alt possibilities.

Hey dudeee , i love your build and already tried it out sometimes and i was thinking. I got a skarner build that you helped and i wanted to use your format. The way you format your skills. You describe first and then you explain. I really liked it so im asking your permission

there is almost no magic penetration, weak survability but the build is OK!

too costly

Constructive Criticism:

1) You are squishy as all hell at level one. I sincerely recommend either Quints of Fortitude, or a Doran's Ring.

2) Instead of that Lich Bane, I'd suggest some more survivability. Zhonya's or Banshee's.

3) o.O You get Spatial Accuracy when you don't get Teleport.

4) Masteries section also is explained weirdly.

5) Don't list useless summoner spells.

6) Doran's Ring only gives 2 less mana per 5. And it gives you health and AP too boot. It is a good idea to list alternative starting items.

7) Try using the float bbcode. Check out my guide about writing a guide to see it in action.

Great build; it's great how you demonstrate zoning with the ball as well as yourself. It's what makes her dominate the early laning phase and later teamfights.
