Wouldn't work imo, there's no point in saying "and cripples opponent for" since it's different amounts, and having "cripples opponent by 50%" would be stupid, since it just gives new players something else to learn, don't see why it needs a name tbh...

One more thing to learn isn't too much for new players. It isn't very visible, but I figured people would say something like Cripple

i think it would be funny if cripple like made the champion fall on his face for a second, like tripping, or getting tied up...

A little status effect that says, "Your attack speed is reduced by XXX" should be plenty for people to learn what it is. Just like tenacity would be confusing without the little status effect.
