It would be a ton of discouraging text.
If I want to play a champion, I won't look at a guide for all of them, I'll look at a guide for who I want to play. Don't think it's really worth your time.

In addition the fact that the guide isn't specific about any one champion will make it so that users will be discouraged from thinking of you as an expert on any one champion. You'll also get a lot of troll votes disagreeing with ONE build out of 50.

it's a nice thought, but if you're not willing to put time and effort into each guide (effort as described by Jhoi's how to make a guide) then you shouldn't do it, it'll just increase the number of not particularly useful builds/guides on this site.
Just do like, your top 5 or something.
People don't need your knowledge on every and any champ. Not saying that it's bad it's just, you may have wrong info if you practically never play them.

I find my self answering forum questions about "what to build on this champ?" or "why don't people build this item on x champion?" so often that i thought of this idea.
I would mainly be looking at including the general stuff, like masteries, runes, items, and then a few notes about counter play, specific lane matchups, and other character specific things.
I kind of look at it as a learning experience for me, and everyone that reads, and i don't really care about the scores.
Just wondering if a "Tem's thoughts on Champions" (Love ya duff :x) would be palpable, or even worth my time to write it down.
(I would of course, at least play a game with the champion before i made a guide haha.)
Thoughts?
