First of all, if you want to delete a WIP guide, it says DELETE> instead of just DELETE, clearly a typo.
second of all, in a guide like this:

if I want to, say, get two boots, but I choose to get the sorcs AFTER the deathcap, and then later in the game replace mercs with sorcs...then deathcap is shaded out T_T
I think there should be an option for it to automatically shade items out, or for you to do it on your own, for complicated **** like this.
I was actually thinking this as I was creating the guide. Though I was lucky and my last 6 items were conveniently shaded, it'd be nice to be able to choose which items are shaded.
I think the multiple item builds system from OP kind of makes this moot, and is much simpler to both implement and use than trying to implement a system where users can override the highlighting manually.
Basically your first item build would usually be your "final 6", which are used for stat calculations, and then you can use additional item builds to demonstrate purchase order and other optional things as you please, giving a title for each one.
We intend on bringing this feature to MOBAFire soon :)
