OP/UP champs and who are they?

That being said, you shouldn't play her like a ranged AD carry. Is it viable? Sure. Not optimal. But you should play her similar to a metagolem. IMO the best Sivir build in the game is Manamune, AS boots, Stark's Fervor, Atma's Impaler, Warmog's, Banshee's Veil. If you build her tanky enuogh to not get focused or live through them focusing you, you can stand there and auto attack to win team fights. Is she UP? Yeah. Is she as bad as people make her out to be? Not really. She's just not as good as say, Ashe or Tristana.[/quote]

[/quote] Well the rest SHOULD be buying at least 1-2 defensive items. Remove her from your "AD carry bank" in your head and transfer her to the "Off tank bank", and you'll see she fill the role nicely.[/quote]
