LeBlanc is she OP?

Snowball champions have amplifying effects that perpetuate their success. examples: [[Highlander]] - The more people Yi kills, the more he can keep fighting [[Equipment Mastery]] - If Jax does well, his stats go up higher for him then normal champions, so he does even better. LeBlanc has none of that. Any caster can buy a Mejai and get fed. That does not make them a snowball champion. It means they are snowballing IN-GAME. If LeBlanc doesn't get fed, she has no mechanics to self-perpetuate that success. That's how snowballing works. A successful achievement mechanically leads you into more success outside of getting you more gold. i.e.: [[Shadow Dance]] will gain another charge, allowing you to dash to another enemy for another portal kill.[/quote]
