You're still going to need to get some sort of resistance because regardless of your team composition, you will still get hit. An example would be getting caught in a jungle without your teammates.

Armor Penetration Aside, I think this is a great guide. If you have a good Lee Sin or Jarvan to protect you, then the resistance isn't completely needed. Just depends on your team.

Defense items aside, I would probably suggest getting armor penetration quintessences rather than attack damage. Attack damage is great for harassing early game, but since you seem to get a Bloodthirster early on, armor penetration would be great for late game.

In my opinion almost any AD champion and most casters should always get one.

Okay Thanks ! Yeah, I might have to add an "Items" section for types of resistances xD With the Team I go against, they usually keep them off me quite well but I do need to think about other situations like ELO 1500 or something :P Thanks for your Input!
