I am referring to him after his first nerf. I never played him when he had max range on his Q. Morgana might be as if not more powerful than that Vlad. And Vlad hasn't been nerfed 10 times. Only 8 I think it was... /sarcasm. Vlad was much more newb friendly and more forgiving than Morg. But she he has always brought more to a team. Vlad just had a ton more of sustain back in the day. And a spammable nuke that did more than tickle.
Morg is much MUCH more powerful than the feeble shell Vlad is now. I would say she is one of the top 3-4 mages right now.

Her shield should be nerfed.
I think mana cost would be the best area to nerf it in to avoid invulnerability to enemy harass.
I'd put mana cost at 50/60/70/80/90 from 50 at all ranks.
A buff to shielding range would be nice too (to make supporting easier). I think 750 from 600 would be good.

This is all uneeded if you think about it, because the scaling on shield isn't dramatically high it isn't all too powerful lategame.
For the laning phase, simply put someone who does physical damage up against her ^^
And a good Rumble/Morde can straight up beat her if player right aswell - She is fine now, not OP but strong :)
