^Yup. I don't see why they'd remove the scaling on his heal.
I hope they give him 5 more damage on Q each rank (but not rank 1). That way he would scale way better with levels.

So here is how i feel about his buffs. Def going to jungle SOOOO much faster now, like incredibly faster now.
Can now build him Tanky/AP which will be pretty cool.
Might have a use for my energy/5 yellows :)
Ultimate can now be used properly during team fights!!!
His taunt duration increase is a HUGE buff for team fights
He might be capable of holding top lane, although i think he will be much better suited for jungle.
Also, with the AP ratio increased and his ult not costing any energy, i wonder how a feint+stand united combo will work. I bet if itemized correctly it will absorb a ton of DMG for your carry :)
