Vorpal Blade
Base damage increased to 70/115/140/175/210 from 50/90/130/170/210
Heal increased to 18/26/34/42/50 from 10/20/30/40/50 (over 3 seconds)
Damage ability power ratio increased to 0.75 from 0.65
Heal amount no longer increases with ability power
Feint ability power ratio increased to 0.75 from 0.6
Shadow Dash taunt duration increased to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds from 0.8/1.1/1.4/1.7/2 seconds
Stand United
Ability power ratio increased to 1.5 from 1.0
Energy cost reduced to 0 from 50
So here is how i feel about his buffs. Def going to jungle SOOOO much faster now, like incredibly faster now.
Can now build him Tanky/AP which will be pretty cool.
Might have a use for my energy/5 yellows :)
Ultimate can now be used properly during team fights!!!
His taunt duration increase is a HUGE buff for team fights
He might be capable of holding top lane, although i think he will be much better suited for jungle.
Also, with the AP ratio increased and his ult not costing any energy, i wonder how a feint+stand united combo will work. I bet if itemized correctly it will absorb a ton of DMG for your carry :)

i wish they gave back the scale on his heal. they took it away when they nerfed him and didnt even say anything about it until now.

^Yup. I don't see why they'd remove the scaling on his heal.
I hope they give him 5 more damage on Q each rank (but not rank 1). That way he would scale way better with levels.

actually these changes seem to make tank shen less viable and tanky caster shen more viable, which is a problem since shen only has one damaging ability. It's pretty clear shen needs a skill rework cuz it doesn't seem like they know what to do with him.
