looks like she has strong ganks thanks to all her gap closers, but I doubt she's neither a very fast or very safe jungler since she has no built in sustain besides her shield, which you probably wouldn't start with anyway.
She can reach level5 at 5:15 - Fairly fast. She gets pretty low while doing red.

hmm, I'd have to see it be done in an actual game. And besides she's been out for such a short time, can't tell whether she's stronger in lane or in the jungle, most Riven's I've seen recently do anywhere from bad to ok, but they rarely stand out in terms of damage output.
