Minnion Kills are meaningless to a good Garen...

I refuse to lane with supports (excluding Soraka like a boss). With all my cooldowns/Summoner spells I can kill anyone at level 2, not taking into consideration flash/taunt etc.[/quote]

Despite his anti-slow on E and haste on Q, garen is still vulnerable to kiting. I usually can keep garens passive with Janna or Alistar just with harass and CC.
