Seriously, he really needs the CS. So, what happens if you can't get first blood? What happens if they organize a 5 man gank on you? It's going to happen. Especially if you're getting "fed" like that. Also, only 2 damage items and you have 10 kills? Wow... That's... that's a real nice build you got there... <_<

looking at the final sentence on the OP... it looks like this is a pre-emptive promotion to some guide that's upcoming.

And all champions need CS... some more than others, but it's always good. Doesn't matter if you get kills or not... kills + a good CS will always be better than kills + a bad CS (captain obvious reporting for duty)
7. Shouting Demacia, either irl or in /all, has been known to improve your game play.
