I read up more on the info, did a whole lot of math, and switched the masteries around. Thanks for that. Still stand by what items I take. The damage early on is just too much. I still don't care that BT stacks, you won't have 10 kills in a few minutes. And you are more likely to lose all of them.
The last point you make is worthy of its own separate paragraph! As said in the build, vary it however you want to. Every now and then I do actually get
