I think this is a horrible idea, if a champ picks a solo lane and builds Spell Vamp Runes + Items how are you ever going to push them out of the lane?
I'd hate to imagine a few of the champions in this game with sell vamp runes. *Shudder*

It would kind of run contrary to Riot's recent balancing decisions, they've been trying to reduce the power of healing and sustainability for the last several patches.

Akali starting with ad getting 10% spell vamp. + full page of spell vamp = insta heal everytime she takes damage, not a good idea. her and vlad would need to be nerfed making them useless again. the life steal idea would make lanewick even more op.
