What I recommend:
1. Make a new guide, copy everything from here and put it in there.
2. Archive this guide.
3. Ask someone to proofread your guide. You should find some topics in the forum, where people offer to run a quick grammar/spelling check on your guide.
4. Turn on comment to vote.
For a start. You should keep improving your guide, and while doing that the upvotes should fly in, if your guide is any good of course. I think I don't have to say anything about it anymore - all has been said.
There you go. Good luck with it, whether you decide to fix it or not.

I have a problem with that! I mean what did I do wrong?? I know there are only some grammar mistakes in my build, because English isn't my nate of language! So step off grammar troll commenter's!!!!! You are mean and a discrase for the community! I am a 13 year's old boy from Croatia, who almost destroyed his compuer because of this... I don't even know how to call it!!! It certanly isn't a build guide, because someone doesn't care about the build's down bellow the 90% guides... Soo.. commet on this quote this, copy this do whatever you want with this comment, because I know that I am PISSED OFF at stupid TROLL'S and everybodey on this community! So what are you gonna do about this Administrators!!! BAN ME, DELETE MY GUIDE??? OR MAYBYE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE LOW RATED BUILD'S! Dude fix your grammar. And try to make icon bigger, put pictures and videos to make your guide better. Your 'inside' is good, just put more effort there.

Oh boy, where do I start here? First of all, you need to work on your spelling and grammar. If you can't even take the time to spellcheck this thing, why should I read it?
Second, your guide here is EXTREMELY light on any kind of strategy or advice. And that's not even taking into consideration the fact that you haven't given any advice in this build that I haven't seen somewhere else. When you DO actually give out advice, its lousy. Why in the world would you EVER build a Rabadon's on a caster with ****py AP ratios?
Third, you shouldn't be going around commenting on other Ryze builds with the sole intent of getting people to come look at yours and comment.
Overall, its just a mess and I'm downvoting until you put some more work into it.
