Since people actually played her and realized she's good.

Wasn't long ago Cassiopeia was considered the worst champion in the game (I think she did get a buff since then though) and Brand was being called a weaker version of Annie, now they're both very popular.

His ultimate sounds kind of meh, more like MF's impure shot unless on hit it causes an explosion of pain and death behind someone.
