Well, they're more of a small annoying thing that would warrant a QoL change imo.
Auto-attack resetting skills do not scale with attack speed.
I've only tried it with Trundle, but from the looks of it it seems like Nasus has it too.
The exception may be Xin Zhao because his is 3 attacks.
EDIT: It may just be Trundle... Just tried it with Nasus and he didn't have that problem.

1. Have you calculated the improved damage added by on-next-hit abilities?
Would attack speed really matter if the damage is better overall? (Especially with Sheen procs)
