Soon, the Halloween Skins will be avaiable for buying, are you going to buy any of them?
I think I'm totally going for Nosferatu Vladimir, already doing the refferals ^.^

Clear things up for me. How many Halloween skins are being released? Which champs are getting Halloween skins? Are they going to be a limited time skin thing? For example like Jarvan's Victorious skin.

The old ones aren't being put back up.
New ones are. Annie, Blitz and Fiddles are getting them for sure. I think Noct is too.
