I know, it's dumb. He's pretty much the last champion in the game (besides Xerath) that I haven't played yet. Technically I've played him, but only for one game when I was pre-30 in a duo top lane. :/

It's okay, his online identity is Luigifan. Apparently he screwed up his registration and just went with it or something.
